Georg Lauteren a.k.a. DJ Glow is the musician who composed the music for Radio Flare.
The music for Radio Flare was inspired by the concept of ‘Libration Points’ (or ‘Lagrange Points’) – points in space where the gravitational effects of two masses cancel each other out, allowing an astronomical object to become stationary.
Georg has been involved in Austria’s arts and science communities for many years now as an electronic music activist, media researcher, designer and curator. As DJ Glow he has been active as a pioneering DJ and producer in the fields of techno and electro music since the early 90s. He has further founded the media art and research platform XDV together with farmersmanual and Epy and curated festivals and exhibitions like ‘selfware.politcs of identity’ (Graz, 2003) and ‘Pink Light’ (Vienna, 2004).
Georg currently runs the record label TRUST as well as the music download service zero-inch.

Alexander Kvasnicka is the 3D Artist behind all in-game graphics for Radio Flare. The game’s main character Sid and his beautiful spaceship also were crafted by him.

Alexander Kvasnicka began his career as CG-artist on a Commodore 64 in the early nineties. Soon he discovered his affection for 3D-graphics and was awarded for his animated shorts “Evolution” and “Good Morning” at the Prix Ars Electronica in 1998 and 1999. From 2002 to 2004 he worked at the Viennese game studio “Wootsoft Entertainment” as a 3D graphic designer for the MMORPG “Iritor Online”. He then relocated to Madrid, Spain and freelanced for several game and post-production companies. Two years later he returned to Vienna to commence studies in social and cultural anthropology. At the moment he is focussing on his studies while working on
various game- and animation projects.
